Is it possible to adopt a purebred dalmatian puppy?

I really want a dalmatian and I’ve been told that adopting a dog is much better than buying a puppy from a pet store. Is this true?

How many of you adopted your dalmatian and how did you do it?

I purchased my puppy from a really good dog breeder (I did a lot of research), but I know for a fact that there are purebred Dalmatians that are given up for adoption.

Puppies would be a lot harder to find because too many people want them, but I’m sure it’s possible to find one! You just have to keep on looking

We adopted a purebred dalmatian but not through a shelter. My advice is that you check craigslist and other classifieds as well as the rescues

Any particular reason why you want a a puppy more than an adult dog?

Not sure, I just always wanted a puppy of my own.

Thanks for all the responses guys!
