After £7,000 Vet and a Paralyzed Dalmatian, Man Starts New Insurance Plan

So it looks like a breeder took in one of his dogs to the vets (without insurance) I’m guessing and ended up 7,000 in debt and a paralyzed dog. Now he refuses to pay the fee because his dog did not get better and is considering starting up some sort of insurance group that will allow all dogs regardless of pre-existing conditions.

Personally I think it sounds like a good idea because a lot of insurance companies won’t cover pre-existing problems, but I also see it as a problem. People will only sign up for coverage when they need it.

I really feel bad for him and his family, hopefully they’ll get through it.
